All Chai Sales Are Final Due to the nature of food products, all chai purchases are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@chaifor.com with your order number and photos and we'll make it right.
Merchandise Returns Unused, unaltered merchandise in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Sale items and orders placed with discount codes are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, email hello@chaifor.com with your order number.
Post-Shipment Cancellations Orders cancelled after shipment are not eligible for refund. Store credit may be issued at our discretion once delivery is confirmed.
Gift Cards All gift card sales are final.
Third-Party Purchases Items purchased through third-party retailers must be handled through that retailer.
